Terms of service

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders of goods/products for delivery or pick-up under the brands Wildflour Café + Bakery, Farmacy Ice Cream & Soda Fountain, Pink's Hot Dogs, Little Flour Café, and Wild Flour Italian (“Wildflour To-Go”) through www.wildflourtogo.com (the “Wildflour To-Go Website”).

  

 

Order Placement

Cut-off for orders is at 4PM (+8 GMT) daily. All orders placed after 4PM will be processed the succeeding day. All delivery orders require a minimum transaction of P500 inclusive of Value-Added Tax (“VAT”), promos and discounts when applicable, but excluding 5% take out fee upon checkout.

Upon receipt of an order, a transaction number shall be generated and sent through the provided email address or mobile number, with complete order details.

 

Order Confirmation 

The Order Confirmation, which shall be sent via email or SMS, is an acknowledgement and record of the agreement to deliver the products ordered within the specified delivery time.

The Order Confirmation for orders paid through an online payment system shall be sent upon verification of receipt of payment. Should an ordered product be unavailable or if there is a need to verify your information, Wildflour To-Go or any of its agents/employees shall offer a reasonable substitute or confirm information, respectively, via phone call.

 

Changes and Cancellation of Orders

All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly review your orders carefully before checking out.

Wildflour To-Go reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify your order, including any portion thereof, at any time.

Please refer to the “Order now” and “Shop all” sections to view available items.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the prices appearing in the Wildflour To-Go Website are inclusive of VAT and are subject to a 5% take out fee upon checkout. Only a delivery charge shall be added for delivery orders, and shall be paid for directly by you to the delivery courier. Wildflour To-Go reserves the right to modify the prices of its products at any time without further notice.

 

Payment

Payment may be made via credit card (VISA, Mastercard), debit card (VISA, Mastercard), bank transfer (Banco de Oro), or payment through e-wallet (GCash or GrabPay).

To prevent the fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Wildflour To-Go reserves the right to refuse delivery of products if you fail to present a valid government identification card upon request. Online credit card payments shall be validated before delivery and may be subject to additional delivery charges.

 

 

Delivery

To avoid any discrepancy or delays in delivery, kindly provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and contact number. Wildflour To-Go shall not be responsible for any losses on account of delays attributable to incorrect customer details.

Wildflour To-Go reserves the right to suspend the deliveries during extreme weather conditions or events that will put the safety of our riders at risk. For their protection, delivery service personnel will not enter hospitals or areas that have known risks of the COVID-19 infection or other pandemic. They will also not go beyond the front door of delivery locations, for their own safety.

Upon your request, Wildflour To-Go can arrange for the delivery your order through a third-party delivery service (via Grab Express or LalaMove). By opting this, you agree to shoulder the delivery fees, which are dependent on the time of dispatch and booking of your orders. We will notify you via SMS of the delivery fee when your orders are ready for dispatch.

By agreeing to have your orders delivered through a third-party courier, you agree to assume title and risk of loss as soon as the products are passed on to the delivery service. Wildflour To-Go shall not assume any liability for damage on the products caused by the third-party courier service’s fault or negligence in handling and/or delivery of the orders to you.

 

Pick-up

We offer both self pick-up and curbside pick-up of orders made through the Wildflour To-Go Website. This is possible in the following branches: Wildflour BGC, Wildflour Salcedo, and Wildflour Greenhills. Once we receive your orders and proof of payment, we will notify you via SMS shortly after.

For curbside pick-ups, please coordinate scheduling with the following mobile numbers:

There is no limit to transaction quantity or amount for pick up orders. No delivery fee shall be charged for order pick-ups.

 

Unsuccessful or Failed Deliveries

Wildflour To-Go reserves the right to cancel your order without refund or remedy in cases where delivery was attempted but unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

• Absence of the recipient;
• Inability to contact the customer/recipient through the provided contact information despite several attempts by the delivery personnel;
• Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the order successfully;
• Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items;
• No-show cancellations; or
• Failure to receive the order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery despite notice of order availability.

 

Wrong Order and Missing Items

Should you discover that there are issues on the quantity of your order, kindly contact our Customer Support immediately at +63 917 852 0950, +63 917 624 9006, or message @wildflourtogo on Instagram. Wildflour To-Go may request for photographic proof and/or additional information for verification.

 

 

If you choose to create an account in the Wildflour To-Go Website, you are (a) offering to purchase Wildflour To-Go products; (b) representing that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) representing that all information provided is correct and accurate; and (d) authorized to use the mode of payment selected to complete any transaction. 

By creating said account, you agree to provide your personal information and nominate a confidential password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the password associated with your account. Should you believe that your password has been compromised, kindly change your password immediately.

Should your account be used by another person on your behalf, transactions shall be considered as your own, and shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

Wildflour To-Go reserves the right to suspend your account immediately should you breach these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

The Wildflour To-Go website is operated and managed by Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp. The website is maintained for your personal use, viewing, ordering and delivery of food online. Access and use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

By using the Wildflour To-Go Website, you agree to indemnify the Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp., its officers, directors, parents, partners, employees, agents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries and their related companies for any and all claims, damages, losses and causes of action arising out of your breach or alleged breach of this agreement.

The materials on this website are transmitted and distributed "as is, where is" and appear on the website without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp. makes no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, completeness and validity of any materials on the website and does not warrant that the functions contained on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
